Health and Safety regulations governing construction sites state that there is a legal responsibility of any person in control of a building site to provide suitable toilet and washing facilities. It is recomended that one toilet is provided for every ten people per fourty hour week.
Before hiring please consider the following advice:
- A level site is strongly recommended
- Allow adequate space for doors to open
- Consider wheel chair access
- Out vehicles must get within 10m to service the unit
- Ensure the unit is not an obstacle
