Your safety is vital - All our equipment is top quality and maintained to the highest standards. However, appropriate safety equipment must still be used, whether the operator is experienced or not.

We can provide you with a full range of safety equipment, and we’ll be pleased to advise you on what you need and what’s most suitable to your task.

Certain items (such as chain saws, welders and grit blasters) require specific safety equipment, that is always available from Brandon Tool Hire.

With all items, we must ensure that a customer understands the equipment being hired. This may require some of your time at the branch, where we will demonstrate equipment fully.

IMPORTANT - HAV
(Hand Arm Vibration) legislation.

HAV legislation demands that new risk assessments must be more rigorous.

Some companies only give out generic HAV data. However, that's of little value: various factors affect HAV figures: you must have the right data for the specific job.

The HSE has stated that manufacturers' data is not enough for risk assessments. Independent testing gives more reliable, specific data. You can get it from Brandon.

HAV (Hand Arm Vibration)Look out for the special HAV logo. And simply phone the Brandon Safety Advice line FREE for the data you need..
