SPOTLIGHT ON… No More Props

This product acts as a temporary lintel and
alternative to traditional building props

      • STEP 1

      A 2" or 50mm deep slot is cut into one mortar bed of the existing brickwork using a grinder or disc cutter

      STEP 2

      NO MORE PROPS is simply slotted into place with its 'L' shaped lintel edge pushed into the cut mortar bed. Then if required, NO MORE PROPS can be bolted to the wall using the alignment holes

      STEP 3

      The tension bars are then tightened to prevent any brick movement from above

      STEP 4

      An opening can now be cut out so a permanent lintel can be fitted in place

  • Supplied with specialist mortar cut measuring tool
  • NO MORE PROPS allows hardwood or slate blocks (not metal) to be inserted into the mortar cut
  • When working close to a ceiling or soffit, there must be at least 19" or 470mm of clearance
  • Where there is not enough clearance, use NO MORE PROPS TIGHT SPACE
